Green Monster Smoothies

These silly smoothies are a great way to get the kids to eat their vegetables. The delicious combination of peanut butter and banana perfectly masks the taste of the spinach that makes these smoothies mom-approved!
- In a blender add in 2 frozen bananas, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 1 cup of vanilla yogurt, 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract and 3/4 cups of water. Blend thoroughly.
- Add in 4 cups of washed baby spinach. Push the spinach down towards the bottom of the blender with a spoon. Blend until smooth.
- Let the kids draw
goofy monster faces on clear plastic cups. When you poor the smoothie into their decorated cups, they’ll have silly green monsters to slurp up!
